Having had someone close to me who knew he was going to die, but never telling us (his family and friends), I hope that you will let those close to you know.

While nobody should ever have to hear such news, the positive is that you can plan ahead and say your goodbyes. Even if you choose not to tell anyone, you can still do it in your own way. Live each day to the fullest.

I just wanted to send a hug your way. Coming to terms with news like this has to be one of the most difficult things that anyone would ever face. Although there is nothing I can do to make the situation better, I just wanted you to know that your confession had a profound impact on me and that I wanted you to know that.
