If you don’t like being an American, you are free to leave. There are plenty of countries that will take you.

That is one thing I hate about so called “patriots” - the “if you don’t like it. leave” attitude. The person doesn’t “hate” America, just ashamed to be an American with all the crap that is going on. I believe rightly so.

If you don’t like it than you should do something change it. I hate it when people complaing about the bush administration but do nothing about it.

i’m proud to be an american. i’m not happy with many things the government does, but their actions are not a reflection of my opinions. america’s not perfect, but it’s pretty good.
