Fish have nerves and brains – it most definitely does hurt. Imagine if you had a hook caught in your mouth…your father was wrong for not telling the truth.

Hes a liar, but fish eat other things & smaller fish , circle of life……
If he catches ONLY what he eats , or feeds to others BUT
If is catching & releasing, then hes just a sadist torturing fish for amusement, & if he kills more than he eats & wastes the food – Fish serial killer as LOTS of folks at the homeless shelter would love any surplus fish………
