Or is it that you are the one refusing to believe it really was you who’s made your life decisions… I often think of myself as the person I strive to be rather than the person I am today.

I know what you mean. I suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder and after years of therapy, haven’t got a freaking clue who the hell I am!
