This is really a terrible thing to do. You either need to tell him to get his own coffee or find yourself another job.

Spitting in coffee would be considered food tampering and is a felony in most US jurisdictions. Some amount of time in prison is usually associated with this crime.
If you’re not supposed to be expected to prepare coffee, don’t do it.
If you are expected to prepare coffee as part of your support role, do it. If you’re incapable of doing it without committing a felony, you should seriously consider psychiatric help.

That is one of the most disgusting things that a person can do and completely inappropriate. Would you want people doing the same thing to you when you asked them to do something?
