Go to the park and watch the children play. It’s amazing how a little thing like that can make you feel 10 years younger and you’ll have a smile on your face for the rest of the day.

It is good to look on your childhood fondly, but don’t use it to avoid today. You have a limited time on earth and you should be looking forward rather than dwelling on the past.
