If you owe – Get a good accountant to fix this & pay up, plead insanity & check in to the hotel silly IMMEDIATELY (Good temporary sheild).
Murder lots of people, NOT a problem for Al Capone.
Do not pay & skip out on big Income Taxes – ALCATRAZ!!!!!

Of course if THEY owe YOU money in the form of a refund, the govt is HAPPY to keep the refund money for as long as you want them to, their forms are extra complicated to encourage this sort of thing & there are NO penalties for accepting a late refund just for submitting late payments
