Its called having some sense, but it depends on if the bridge looks shoddy. I hit 105MPH (all the Mitsubishi would do flat out foot on the floor) on the I 5 bridge to Newhaul in Calif trying to get OFF that poorly built excuse for a highway bridge as FAST as possible!!!, it did NOT look safe in the event of an earthquake, 2 years later, there was a quake, it collapsed ALL those on the I 5 bridge were Killed.............
